Initial Consultation

We offer an initial telephone consultation of up to 30 minutes at no charge. This allows us to discuss the general nature of your matter, determine if our expertise aligns with your needs, and outline potential next steps.

Retainer Policy

A retainer is generally required prior to the commencement of any substantive work, including file review, inspection, or technical analysis. The retainer amount is determined based on the anticipated scope of the initial phase of work and will be applied against future invoices.

Professional Fees

Our fee structure reflects the high level of expertise and experience we bring to each engagement.

• Technical Consulting & Analysis: $250 - $400 per hour, depending on complexity

• Expert Witness Services (Deposition/Trial): Specific rates provided upon engagement

• Travel Time: Billed at hourly rates unless otherwise negotiated

Expenses

Direct expenses incurred during the execution of our duties are billed at cost.

• Travel expenses (airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, mileage)

• Specialized testing or equipment rental

• Shipping or storage of evidence

• Third-party service fees

We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols. All inquiries, case details, and findings are treated with the utmost discretion. Conflict checks are performed prior to formal acceptance of any engagement to ensure professional integrity.
